ABOUT MY PRACTICE
My name is Debby, I started my career after graduating with a BA Hons Degree in Dance. Whilst dancing and performing myself I developed a passion for Pilates due to its many benefits. I then decided to share these benefits by becoming an instructor and gained my qualification in Stott Pilates Matwork. Since then I have been teaching and helped many people throughout this time. For my love of well being and after having a child I also became an expert in Baby Massage and Baby Yoga as well as a qualified Nutritional Therapist having gained diplomas and am fully accredited in these fields. Offering classes, talks, courses and one to one sessions, as well as consultation on all subjects. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing.

MAT WORK PILATES

Mat Work Pilates is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned to allow well being. Pilates classes with Peace Combined attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus, realign the spine, improve concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
Love and Bond
Baby massage helps infants with Relief of digestive complaints, colic and constipation. It aids relaxation and enables a better bond between parent and child. It aids development of nervous system and senses as well as circulation. Baby massage holds many wonderful benefits for both parent and infant.
Love and Grow
Baby yoga has some fantastic benefits for infants including aiding relaxation, digestive complaints and even development. for Parent baby Yoga allows time for relaxation and ease stress as well an introduction to gentle exercise all whilst you bond with your little one
